What is mobile detailing?
Mobile detailing is a service where a professional detailer comes to your location to clean and detail your vehicle. Detailing is the process in which a vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and protected with meticulous attention to detail, to restore it to as close to showroom condition as possible.
How long does a detailing appointment take?
The length of an appointment can depend on various factors. We give an estimate of 6-8 hours for your initial detail. Once you have been restored to showroom standard, we will offer you a monthly or bi-monthly maintenance package at a heavily reduced price to preserve this pristine condition.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
No, all we require from you is a safe place to wash (e.g driveway, car port), an electrical outlet for our extension lead, and an outdoor tap.
I don't live in your service area, can you still help me?
Under some circumstances we will be able to come to you, however, if not we have a local wash station where you can leave your car to be detailed. It is a ten minute walk from the beaches of Dawlish, a small seaside town.
Can you remove scratches and dents?
While we specialize in detailing and cleaning, we do not offer scratch or dent removal services. Some minor scratches & swirl marks can be removed during our polishing process, however we do not offer a guarantee.
Why does detailing cost more than going to the car wash?
Car detailing costs more than a regular car wash because it involves a more thorough cleaning process. Detailing includes a deep cleaning of the interior and exterior of the car, which takes more time and attention to detail than a quick wash. Additionally, we use only the best products and treatments in a safe yet effective process, ensuring your vehicle shines inside and out.
